Use this mat in your sluice or high banker to catch gold 1/8" minus. Works as an indicator mat or stand alone mat that just does not let the gold escape.... even the very very fine.
Why is the width of the mat cut at 9 7/8" instead of 10"? You might ask.... Because, if your mat is exactly 10" wide it will not fit within most manufactured sluice boxes. You need it at 9 7/8" to make sure it fits just right. This stuff is very durable which makes it hard to cut. So we saved you the trouble and cut the width at a perfect 9 7/8" so you can slide it right in a standard 10" sluice box. . Approximately 1/8" Thick
